Who is responsible?

Enquiries and orders

We process your name, email, any business and telephone details, domain, selected services and message to respond, prepare an offer and handle an order. For sole traders, processing may be necessary for a contract or steps before a contract. For business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling the business enquiry and customer relationship. Your name and email are needed for a reply; other details are supplied as needed. Submitting a form does not automatically activate a paid subscription.

Storage and recipients

Registration requests are stored with a reference in our protected WordPress administration. Contact messages and notifications are also handled by email. Oderland provides hosting; our hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your contact details. We retain information while needed for the enquiry or customer relationship and regularly review closed enquiries. Accounting information and records needed for legal claims are retained under the applicable requirements.

Security and spam protection

Technical information may be processed to operate the website and prevent abuse. The order form’s temporary rate limit uses a protected representation of the IP address for ten minutes. Receipt links expire after 30 minutes. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical information to assess abuse. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through our forms.

Statistics and cookies

Your manual language choice is stored in ws_language for up to 180 days. Your statistics choice is stored in ws_statistics for up to 180 days. WordPress also uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Google Analytics is used only when you allow statistics. Statistics cookies may be stored for up to 180 days from a visit. It can then record pages visited, approximate location and device information. We do not use Analytics to send your form fields. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the footer control.

Google may process information outside the EU/EEA. Read Google’s privacy policy and its international transfer information.

Your rights

You can request access, correction and, where applicable, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for statistics. Contact info@webstyling.se. You can also complain to Sweden’s Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
