Scope and terms

Hosting, domains and DNS

Standard DNS for Webstyling hosting and email is included. One simple manual DNS task outside the normal delivery costs 495 SEK: one domain, one standard service, up to 30 minutes with complete instructions. Advanced troubleshooting costs 995 SEK/hour, with your approval of a budget before work starts.

We confirm transfer fees, domain renewal and any additional work before you accept. We do not charge unexpected extras for normal work required by our own agreed services. A registration request is not a guarantee that a domain is available and does not activate or register it automatically.

349 / 999 kr/month

WordPress, theme and plugin updates. Basic functionality checks, uptime monitoring and backup checks. Up to one hour of recovery assistance per year.

Hosting and domain are additional. Unlimited support, content changes, new development and extensive troubleshooting are excluded. Paid third-party licences are additional. Checking the provider’s backups does not create a new independent backup.

The 999 SEK plan adds one minor improvement per month, up to 400 words or equivalent, one revision and a quarterly visibility report when data exists. Unused monthly improvements are not pooled into large projects. No guaranteed ranking or new customers.

Ordering and extra work

This form submits a request. No payment is taken and no subscription starts until the scope, prices, renewal terms and start date have been confirmed and accepted. Paid services, licences and work beyond the agreed scope require your approval. Existing customer agreements remain unchanged. New care plans are optional.
